All Hires are under these Terms and Conditions. Please note that hiring a costume indicates acceptance of these terms and conditons.
1. I understand that the costume/wig remains the property of the hirer and I will not alter restyle, remove or add anything to the costume. Repairs, alterations and laundering will be done by the hirer.
2. Should the costume/wig be returned late, I agree to pay a charge of $10 each costume and $5 each wig per day, plus any loss of hire resulting from the late return.
3. Should the costume/wig need unusual cleaning or repair, I agree to pay for this and for any loss of hire as a result.
4. Should the costume/wig be lost or seriously damaged, I agree to pay for the replacement cost plus any loss of hire. I understand that this may be more than the amount of my bond.
5. The costume/wig will be checked before leaving The Littlest Costume shop and any defects noted on the hire form. I agree that the costume has been presented to me in good condition.
6. I understand that once I have collected the costume, I cannot return it for exchange or refund due to change of mind. There is a $20 admin fee for changes within 2 weeks of pickup or for cancellation of hire.
7. I authorise The Littlest Costume Shop to use the full amount of any bond or credit card details for these charges.
8. The Littlest Costume Shop is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss or for any costs which are incurred while wearing the costume.
Privacy Policy.
The Littlest Costume Shop will not share customer details with any other person or organisation unless required by law.
Email addresses are kept as a way to contact prior customers (very rarely) but there is an opt out while hiring - and at any time in the future a customer can unsubscribe or request their details to be deleted.
If a credit card number is left as a bond, it will not be kept in any way once the costume has been returned in good order. It will at no time be uploaded to any device which can be hacked into.
