Blue tasselled 1920's headdress

This is an amazing, beautiful blue and black 1920's headdress.  On a dark blue stretch sequinned band with silver and black edging, it has a blue satin ribbon rose with jewelled detail topped by two types of black feather, and natural spotted feathers.  Finished off with an incredible long black tassel.
